A food scrap program built around your floors, your security and your reporting.
We spend 2 weeks learning how food moves through your office, then run a 1-year pilot with monthly reports and quarterly reviews.
Request a site assessmentHow a program runs
| Phase | Length | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Discovery | 2 weeks | We observe pantries, kitchens, catering and events every day. You get a written plan with container counts, a pickup schedule and a baseline estimate of pounds per week. |
| 2. Setup | 1 to 2 weeks | Containers placed. Pickup windows set with your facilities team. Crew cleared by building security and trained on your floors. Food rescue partners lined up. |
| 3. Pilot | 12 months | Scheduled pickups, weighing by pantry, monthly reports, quarterly reviews with your team. |
| 4. Review | End of year | Full-year report and a renewal proposal based on actual volumes. |
We quote each program after the site assessment, based on your volume, pickup frequency and building access.
2 streams from every office
Food that can still be eaten goes to one of the food rescue organizations we work with. Sealed catering trays, untouched platters and packaged snacks are picked up the same day. Donors are protected from liability by the federal Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act, expanded by the Food Donation Improvement Act of 2023.
Everything else comes to our compost site in Marine Park, Brooklyn. Coffee grounds, prep scraps, plate waste and compostable serviceware. It’s composted about 10 miles from your dock, and you can visit the pile.

Security and access
We work to your building's rules. Our standard setup keeps our crew at the loading dock.
- Certificate of insurance naming you and your building owner as additional insureds
- Crew roster with background checks, submitted before the first pickup
- Van plate and driver names registered with dock security
- Preferred setup: your facilities staff stage containers at the dock, so our crew never goes above the ground floor
- Floor access, when required, follows your escort and badge rules
Where the money goes
A portion of proceeds funds free community and environmental education and stewardship programs. Your year-end report names the programs.
