New York City · micro-hauler

One pickup for every tenant pantry in your building.

Each tenant gets its own monthly numbers. You get a building report formatted for LEED O+M recertification and Arc.

What the building gets

  • 1 dock stop, many accounts. We collect from every participating tenant on the same visit and weigh each tenant's containers separately.
  • 12 months of weighed data. LEED O+M recertification asks for measured waste data. Ours comes from a scale at pickup, logged by tenant and date.
  • A roll-up report. Building totals, tenant breakdown, diversion rate and MTCO2e avoided, delivered monthly.
  • An amenity for tenants. Tenants with their own ESG reporting get disclosure-ready numbers they can't get from a shared organics bin.
  • Your carter stays. We handle food scraps only. Trash and recycling contracts don't change.
Already have a commercial waste zone carter?

Keep them for trash and recycling. We’re a NYC micro-hauler, so we can collect food scraps in any commercial waste zone alongside your zone carter. Your carter contract doesn’t change.

How a building pilot works

  1. 1Walk-through. We visit the dock and 2 or 3 tenant pantries with your property manager.
  2. 2Tenant sign-up. We give you a 1-page tenant notice and handle each tenant's setup directly.
  3. 3Pilot. 6 to 12 months at 1 building. Tenants pay per pound, or the building pays and bills back. Your choice.
  4. 4Portfolio. Once the building report is in your Arc file, we price the next buildings on the same terms.

Dock and security

We follow your building’s vendor rules: COI naming the owner and managing agent, crew roster, van registration with the dock, and scheduled windows that avoid your peak delivery hours.

Who this is for
